A local event, members of BOK and our neighbouring clubs are welcome. If you are new to Night Orienteering, Ashton Court is a great location to have a go. You can compete as an individual, or if you wish to make a fun evening of it why not enter as a family group or as a pair? If you are running with someone that is not considered part of your household, please continue to observe social distancing.
There are 30 controls, each scoring 20 points (Total 600 points); visit a selection in any order within the hour after which there is a penalty – 1 point for each 6 seconds or 10 points for each minute late. Some controls are easier ‘yellow’ standard i.e. suitable for novices including a route of approximately 4 km. To collect all controls is approximately 9-10km. There might just be some Halloween related surprises along the way….
