A Tuesday night Efforts session. Meet at the water tower on the downs at 7pm for a 7.15pm start. We will try to post on the facebook group what the efforts session will entail, so latercomers can join us easily. Efforts sessions will be intervals, hill reps, other such exercises to improve our running, and are ideal for newcomers to join as you can do fewer reps or run the intervals at your own pace. Then join us for our monthly club social in the Port of Call from 8.30pm onwards.
