BOKTrot at New Beechenhurst - "Best forest in England outside the Lakes"

The BOKTrot at New Beechenhurst on Sunday 6th May is fast approaching. Planner Charles Daniel says "I have just returned from the forest which is in fantastic condition, it’s a tremendous location at the best time of the year. Oli Johnson, multiple British and JK champion described it as the best forest in England outside the Lake District."

Pre-entry is required for most courses with entries closing on Sunday 29th. Because it is a National Level event, there is no entry on the day for all courses harder than Long Orange.  To guarantee a map you should pre-enter for all courses.  If you have not been to this level of event before, please do not be put off by the National title.  Everyone is still welcome and there are courses for all levels.   We have a full range of courses; catering for Juniors, adult beginners including a 6km long orange, elite with 13.6km and experts from Very Short Green to Brown. It’s one of the premiere classic forest races in the south of Britain this year. There is a great assembly area shared with the OMM Festival and an interface with like minded sports. NGOC have an accompanying race on Saturday 5th May.
